euroFOT is the first large scale "Field Operational Test" organised in Europe.
For a whole year, several thousand equipped vehicles will be driven with advanced
driver assistance systems.
Driver behaviour as well as the vehicle environment will be assessed and analysed for the first time
on this scale. An unprecedented level of knowledge regarding different driving support systems
in real life will be acquired.
The activities of the French Field Operational Test Site, as part of the euroFOT EU FP7 project
carried out by CEESAR with the help of RENAULT and INRETS, will be presented and demonstrated
during a half day on Wednesday 26 May 2010, followed by a buffet lunch.
